Rose Hill Residents Directory is a privately run reference. It describes and links to public record indexes, rolls, and historical collections relevant to Rose Hill, Virginia. It does not host Fairfax County or state records, and it is not connected with any public office, court, library, or custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or injure another person
- Find a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Carry out fraud or identity theft
- Make any decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions

4. Outside Resources
Government portals, library collections, and third-party services, including sponsored tools, operate under their own terms and policies. Their content, availability, fees, and privacy practices are outside our control.
5. Availability and Accuracy

We can revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We may restrict or block access without notice when a user violates these terms or misuses the service.
11. Virginia Law
Virginia law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Virginia Freedom of Information Act requests to a public custodian are governed by Va. Code §§2.2-3700 et seq., especially §2.2-3704, rather than by this private service. The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act appears at Va. Code §§59.1-571 through 59.1-581 and has its own scope and exemptions.
12. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
